Review: I really appreciate the efforts taken by the staff at Pickering Volkswagen. I brought a 2016 Jetta in for some maintenence and a tire change, a rather simple set of things to do and I was treated very well. Chris, the service advisor was able to get all of my concerns addressed quickly and easily. He even went one step further, making arrangements to have a small, but annoying issue, dealt with that I had been having troubles with in the past, and I appreciate his effort. The gentleman who drives the Courtesy Shuttle, Ahmed is a very kind, very personable gentleman. He was quite gracious and seemed like a very adept individual who skills at understanding people, were quite noticeable. He is curious about the people he transports, and is genuinely interested to learn more about them. I think Ahmed and Chris are both assets to Pickering Volkswagen and both are helping to upkeep Pickering Volkswagon’s standard of quality. Well done gentlemen!! – Brett F.
