We spoke on your way out yesterday evening when my wife and I purchased the used VW Atlas.
I know people are quick to email companies when they have a bad experience, I am definitely guilty of this however in this case I wanted to give Michael and Lester kudos for being great to deal with.
This is my 5th vehicle purchase with 5 different dealerships of various manufactures. So far the experience has been very comforting, Michael has been very good to work with and Lester was very knowledgeable and welcoming.
Cant wait to see the new vehicle on Wednesday afternoon.

I want to thank you and your service maintenance team for the great service done on my 2015 Jetta.
It was almost closing time for you, a couple of days ago when the key was stuck in the ignition and would not release while the engine was running. You stayed back for me to come in, then assisted me with removing the key and arranged a drive for me to get back home.
Next day I had a call from Kevin leaving me a voice mail with the status of exactly what is happening that he is taking the car in, later another call informing me that it is all done so I can pick up the car right after work.
This is what excellent service looks like.

I mentioned to James Finbow that I have owned 20 cars and have also owned almost as many motorcycles. This was by far the best service I have received from any dealership I have dealt with. The help to try and locate a vehicle for me last spring, and the effort to meet the delivery date of the beetle this year, is genuinely appreciated.
