I have never had an issue with anything done to my vehicle. Every service appointment has been amazing!
Your customer service is outstanding! I actually just got a phone call today making sure that I was satisfied after my last service appointment! It is the little things that make the difference, and I tell everyone that I know that owns a “Vee-Dub” to go to you guys for all of their servicing needs!

I want to thank you and your service maintenance team for the great service done on my 2015 Jetta.
It was almost closing time for you, couple of days ago when the key was stuck in the ignition and would not release while engine was running. You stayed back for me to come in, then assisted me with removing the key and arranged a drive for me to get back home.
Next day I had a call from Kevin leaving me a voice mail with the status of exactly what is happening that he is taking the car in, later another call informing me that it is all done so I can pickup the car right after work.
This is what excellent service looks like.

I mentioned to James Finbow that I have owned 20 cars and have also owned almost as many motorcycles. This was by far the best service I have received from any dealership I have dealt with. The help to try and locate a vehicle for me last spring, and the effort to meet the delivery date of the beetle this year, is genuinely appreciated.
